"In association with a Russian Foundation OAI is working to see a project start in Kostroma Russia before the conclusion of 2006. We have been building relationship with a Russian team for nearly 2 years and are confident in the work they are doing. Particularly with children from very disadvantaged backgrounds and alcoholic families. We are currently working on the housing of the project and hope to announce something very soon. We have begun to gather sponsors for this."
